Established in 2013, HR is short for human resource department. This department are in charge of strengthening team building within SESA, personnel management and freshmen training, and is also responsible for all the SESA’s activity organizing. Our principle is committed to upgrading the SESA internal cohesion. Our main tasks including: run official WeChat ID within the organization, establish performance appraisal system and officer training system, connect with every person within SESA to get information inside SESA in real time and organize all SESA’s activities, such as quality expansion, SESA anniversary, SESA annual conference and so on.
