HR部门,始建于2013年,全称人力资源部门,本部门承担着SESA内部团队建设、人事管理以及干事培训的工作,同时负责整个组织的活动策划。本部门的宗旨是致力于SESA内部的凝聚力的提升,负责的主要工作包括:运营组织内部公众号、建立绩效考核以及干事培训体系、时刻与组织内部所有成员保持联系来了解组织内部情况以及组织SESA内部各种大中小型活动例如:素质拓展、SESA周年庆、SESA年会等等

Established in 2013, HR is short for human resource department. This department are in charge of strengthening team building within SESA, personnel management and freshmen training, and is also responsible for all the SESA’s activity organizing. Our principle is committed to upgrading the SESA internal cohesion. Our main tasks including: run official WeChat ID within the organization, establish performance appraisal system and officer training system, connect with every person within SESA to get information inside SESA in real time and organize all SESA’s activities, such as quality expansion, SESA anniversary, SESA annual conference and so on.
